1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TBC AI Playground ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paying subscribers.

2. Service Description

TBC AI Playground provides a curated collection of AI-powered web applications across categories including productivity, health, finance, creativity, and more. Applications are provided as-is via a web interface. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove individual apps from the catalog without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all apps. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be downgraded unless you subscribe to an All-Access plan. Trial benefits are available once per user and may not be transferred.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

After the free trial, continued access requires an All-Access subscription at $39.99 per month (USD). Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• ✓Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in an automated fashion.
• ✓Transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications.
• ✓Circumvent access controls or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
• ✓Use the Service for any purpose that could harm TBC AI Playground or its users.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform code, designs, branding, and content (excluding user-generated inputs) are the intellectual property of TBC and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without written permission.

8. User Content

Any content you input into apps remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your inputs, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

9. Privacy

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TBC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Nepal. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
